Drama on a plane as Nigerian overstayer is seen struggling with Malawi police as they tried to pull him off the plane

A Nigerian overstayer in Malawi was filmed struggling with police and airport officials as they tried to pull him off a plane after he gained access through suspicious means.

In a video shared online, an airport official is seen struggling to get the Nigerian man off the Ethiopian Airlines plane but the overstayer refused to be removed.

How the Nigerian bypassed immigration officers at the Kamuzu International Airport in Lilongwe, Malawi, to get on the plane is still a mystery to Malawians.

According to social media users from Malawi, the Nigerian man had overstayed and was arrested and only recently released from prison. His ticket had expired yet he was able to pass through immigration and managed to check in.

According to reports, three policemen at the entrance of the plane tried to stop him but he overpowered them and got on the plane. They then tried to drag him off the plane but he proved too strong for them.
