THE VAGINAL YEAST INFECTION





Vagina yeast infection is a fungus  infection that   causes irritation, discharge   and   intense   itching of the vaginal opening.  Also called vaginal candida , vaginal yeast infection affects up to 3 out 4 women at some point of their lifetime.
A healthy vagina contains bacteria and some yeast cell. But when the balance of bacteria and yeast changes, the yeast cells can multiply which causes intense   itching , swelling,  smells and irritation.



               
  SOME COMMON SYMPTOMS OF VAGINAL YEAST INFECTION


Vaginal yeast infection  has sets of symptoms such as;

1 .Rashes                                                     6.Swelling around vaginal
2. Soreness                                                 7.Pains during sex
 3. Redness/Yellowish Discharge        8.Burning during urination fever
4. Unpleasant smells                             
5 .Vaginal itching                                     
                    
CAUSES OF VAGINAL YEAST INFECTION  
Several factors can cause a yeast   infection including;
Lack of sleep
Poor eating habit lot of sugary food
Lesbianism
 Imbalance menstrual cycle
Sleeping on thick trousers and pant
Having   sex with multiple men
Using deodorant in the vaginal/washing the vaginal with soap
Sitting around wet cloth
 Bathing  frequently    with  hot water. 

                     CAUSES OF VAGINAL YEAST INFECTION  
Several factors can cause a yeast   infection including;

                                        PREVENTION

The vaginal is a very sensitive part of the female body ,it is also the fastest place to get infected, As a lady your vaginal is one of your duties to keep clean and healthy always.Adapting to this habit  could help in the risk of vaginal yeast.   
    
Eating yogurt or supplement
Eating a well balance diet
Wear natural fiber such as cotton, linen or silk
Washing under wears in hot water and changing them frequently
Inserting garlic at least twice a night
Washing the vagina with baking soda

By starving away from the causes of vaginal yeast  is  achieving  a free healthy life.
